OUR PASTOR & FIRST LADY
Frederick S. Anthony accepted his call to ministry in 1989 and has served as Senior Pastor of Old St. Paul M. B. Church since September 1991. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (B.S., Sociology) and Tennessee School of Religion in Memphis, Tennessee (B.S., and Masters of Theology). In addition to his many pastoral duties, he also serves in various organizations in the community and abroad. Pastor Anthony is an innovator and visionary whom God uses to oversee the congregation which has grown both spiritually and numerically. Old St. Paul built a 57,000 sf sanctuary and education facility which accommodates the myriad of ministries God has established under the leadership. Frederick Stanley is the second of four children born to Solon and Eleanor Anthony (Tandy, Ardrenell, and Sandra.) He and his lovely wife, Eair have two adult sons (David and Darrell) and eight beautiful grandchildren.
Eair D. Anthony is the First Lady of Old St. Paul M. B. Church, where she effectively serves with her husband, Pastor Frederick S. Anthony. Eair Dell is the second of four children born to Arthur and Velma Washington (Leon, Diallo and Eddie.) She met her devoted husband while attending the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where she graduated with a degree in Sociology. First Lady Anthony has a humble and quiet way of working behind the scenes. She currently serves as the first Office Manager for Old St. Paul Church. She also has a genuine concern for God’s people and demonstrates it through her walk as a devoted wife, affectionate caregiver for her brother, and spiritual advisor to our congregation. She and her husband passionately leads the OSP Marriage Ministry together as they impart wisdom to couples to strengthen the bond between husband, wife and God.
Pastor Frederick and First Lady Eair Anthony have been a blessing to the Old St. Paul Church family for twenty-five years and we salute them as they continue their labor of love in our fellowship, where we are committed to “Growing People and Glorifying God.”

Mission Statement
Old Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church endeavors to lead souls to Christ through evangelistic outreach; strengthen them spiritually by the teaching and preaching of the infallible Word of God; help them physically and socially as we teach biblical principles of prosperity and stewardship; and provide an adequate place to worship so that we may effectively fulfill this vision.
